Meet Andrea Mallory, LMHC, CCTP-II, C-DBT – a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals. With a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she focuses on empowering individuals to recognize and change their thought patterns and behaviors to improve their overall well-being.
She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II) and also Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, stress, self-worth and relationship issues, and has experience working with the military, veteran, law-enforcement and first responders community.
She is committed to provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood and respected. Andrea strongly believe that everyone has the capacity to live a meaningful life. Her goal is to equip you with the tools and insigths needed to make positive changes and lead a more fulfilling life.
