How do I schedule a session?

If you are ready to schedule either an appointment or a free consultation, click the "Request Appointment" button. Select the service, the day and time of the appointment, complete the contact information section and submit. NOTE: All clients are required to complete intake forms through client portal at least 24 hours prior to the session. Appointments without completed paperwork will be cancelled.

How do I join my session?

After I confirm your appointment, you will receive an email with a link. You click on the link at the time of your appointment, and we will be connected to talk.

What are your rates?

$135.00 (50 minutes) Individual and Couples sessions.
$80.00 (30 minutes) Individual and Couples sessions.
$80.00 (30 minutes) Add-on session.
$120.00 (45 minutes) Add-on session.
$160.00 (60 minutes) Add-on session.

Do you take insurance?

I'm an out-of-network provider. I can, however, provide you with a detailed invoice, called Superbill, a document required by insurance companies that allows you to seek reimbursement for services. Please contact your insurance company for additional information about reimbursement.

How long is a session?

I offer 30 minutes and 50 minutes sessions both for individual and couples sessions. Additional 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes sessions are also available to schedule if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours of notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session rate. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not provided the required notice, you will be also charged the full session rate.
